Home Farm Cottage
(Sleeps 6)
Built in the late 1600’s, this very pretty Cotswold Stone
detached cottage is set in the centre of the unspoilt and picturesque village
of Ebrington.
Home Farm Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, where you can
relax in front of a large open fire in this peaceful retreat.
Centrally based, it is ideally situated for touring this lovely
area. The well known town of Chipping
Campden,
with its famous High Street, shops and restaurants, is two miles away and Stratford
upon Avon, home of
Shakespeare, with its beautiful half timbered buildings, is only 12 miles
away.
Ebrington
has a traditional local pub a few minutes walk from the cottage and within
a few miles are many restaurants and pubs with award winning menus such as
The Howard Arms at Ilmington and The Churchill
Inn at Paxford.
The front door opens straight into an
attractive dining room which leads into the sitting room, with its wealth
of lovely traditional features – exposed oak beams and a splendid
inglenook fireplace, quaint log store, oak wall cupboard and stone mullion
windows with a cosy window seat.
The kitchen, with its bright red
Rayburn, which runs all the central heating, is very well equipped with a
further gas cooker, hob unit, microwave and dishwasher. The three bedrooms
have views out over adjoining Home Farm. The small garden is safely
enclosed with a stone wall and has a patio area with garden table and
chairs.
